Many thanks to you and your team, for your kindness and understanding in helping me.
I really apprieciate the kindness  shown to me, whilst not managing to walk in the first time -

The receptionist's  really tried to make me at ease and thanks go to Sue yesterday

Only thing I remember is my head moving from side to side and you asking for it to be held still - I guess that's when the tooth wanted to stay put!!
