Dear Rob
Many thanks to you and your team, for your kindness and understanding
in helping me.
I really apprieciate the kindness shown to me, whilst not managing to
walk in the first time -
Is this a first meeting a patient in the car park?!
The receptionist's really tried to make me at ease and thanks go to
Sue yesterday
who took the time to talk to me and reassure me.
Not saying it's going to be easy coming again in 6 months, but I will
visit!
